I usually check mypiada.com before I order, and there’s literally almost always some kind of promo or coupon showing up. It makes lunch a little cheaper, which I definitely appreciate. The site is easy enough to use too, so not much to complain about. I’ll keep checking it before I order.

I ordered from mypiada.com, i think it was faster than I expected. The wait wasn’t long, and my food seemed to be ready right on time. There wasn’t really any hassle, which I appreciated. I’d probably use it again if I’m in a hurry

"Catering order was fine, but kind of a hassle"
I ordered catering from mypiada.com for a small office lunch, and it was okay. The food itself was good, and most people in the office seemed happy with it, but the ordering page was confusing. Like, picking sides and portions felt more complicated than it needed to be, and I kept going back and checking things because I wasn’t totally sure what I had picked.
Pickup was late by about 15 minutes, which was annoying, and then one item was missing, which was also annoying. The staff did fix it quickly, so that helped, but it still felt like one more thing to deal with. Overall, not terrible, not amazing, just kind of average. I’d maybe order again, but I’d definitely double check everything, probably more than once

I blame them for making the whole diet thing feel easier than it usually is. I’m dairy-free most days and my husband avoids gluten, so normally ordering food turns into a whole little research project, but this was painless.
The menu notes were clear, ordering online was simple, and we found plenty of options without having to call and ask a bunch of awkward questions. Really nice when a place just gets it and doesn’t make you work for dinner.

"Good Value and Tasty Food"
I was happy with what I got for the price. The portions were decent, and the food actually tasted really good too. Compared to a lot of other places, it felt like it was genuinely worth the money. I left feeling satisfied, and that’s always such a nice feeling.

I stopped in and had an okay visit overall, but the cleanliness definitely needs some attention. The tables were kind of dirty, the floors felt sticky, and the bathroom had a unpleasant smell. Not the best first impression, honestly.

"Super reliable every time"
I order from mypiada.com regularly, and at least from my experience, they seem to have their system down. My food is always ready when they say it will be, and my order has been correct every time, even when I make little changes. I haven’t had anything missing so far, which makes it really easy to keep going back.

"Customization could be better"
I like Piada every now and then, but ordering through mypiada.com can be kind of frustrating if you’re trying to make changes. There are a few options available, but it’s not always clear what you can swap, remove, or adjust... so it feels more limited than it should.
I was trying to build a bowl a little more my way, but kept running into set choices that didn’t really leave much room. If you’re picky or have dietary needs, it’s not the easiest setup. The food itself is good... I just wish the customization part worked better.

I reached out to support when I ran into an issue, and they got back to me really quickly. They were able to fix the problem without any hassle, which was a huge relief.

I’ve been using the Piada app mostly on my phone, and it’s been easy to deal with. The menu is simple to find, the item photos and little add-on options are where I expect them to be, and I’m not tapping through a bunch of random screens just to add something to my order. Checkout is quick too, which I appreciate because I always notice when an app makes the payment button weirdly hard to find. I also like that it saves my usual order, down to the small stuff, so I don’t have to rebuild it every time. No major issues so far — it just does what it’s supposed to do

"Super easy takeout experience"
I grabbed my order to go the packaging kind of stood out to me more than I expected. Like, nothing leaked, everything stayed in its own little section, and the food was still warm by the time I got home, which is always a win. Even the bag was easy to carry, which sounds like such a small thing, but when you're juggling stuff and trying not to spill dinner in the car, it matters. Just made the whole meal feel easier and better

I checked mypiada.com before ordering and, the allergen info was right there and clear. I didn’t have to click around forever or do that whole guessing thing, which... with food allergies, that matters a lot. Made deciding what to get feel way less stressful.

"Pretty handy once you’re in the area"
I’ve stopped by a few times when I was already out doing errands, and it kind of fits into the day easily. There are other places nearby, so I usually just make it part of a bigger trip instead of going out of my way. Parking was fine when I went, and it wasn’t hard to find, which I always appreciate. The main thing is that the location is convenient for me overall. Around lunch it does get a little busy though, so getting in and out can take longer than you’d expect. Still, it’s a good spot most days.

"The rewards actually add up"
I mostly use mypiada for the rewards at this point. It’s super easy to check my points, and I’ve gotten a few free things without really even thinking about it. The app can be a little slow sometimes, but overall it works fine and saves me some money, so I can’t really complain

I thought the dining room was really clean and had a relaxed vibe, you know? It wasn’t too loud, the tables didn’t feel crammed together, and it was just easy to sit there and enjoy my food without feeling rushed. I’d definitely come back again...

"Checkout was slower than it should’ve been"
My payment went through, but the whole checkout process was annoyingly slow. I had to recheck my info twice, which feels like something they should’ve sorted out already. Nothing fully broke, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. I got my order done in the end, but they made it more frustrating than it needed to be.
